• Integration data: tokens and metadata from third-party services you connect (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, WhatsApp Business, Email).
• Usage data: log data, device information, IP address, and interactions with the Service.
• Cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and remember preferences.
• Website analytics: on our public marketing pages we use Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors find and use the site. Clarity records page interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and time on page. Sensitive content, including form inputs, is masked before it leaves your browser.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate users and secure tenant data.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
• To execute integrations you authorize (e.g., publishing posts, sending campaigns).
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, email delivery).
• Third-party platforms you explicitly connect (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, etc.) to fulfill your requests.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and customer data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Some records may be retained to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, or WhatsApp Business), your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies. We only access the data and perform the actions you authorize.

9. Google User Data

When you connect your Google account, OutReaq requests the following scopes so that you can manage your own advertising and video content from inside OutReaq:

• Google Ads (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) — to create and manage your campaigns and read their performance.
• YouTube (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload) — to upload and manage the videos you choose to publish or use in video campaigns.
• Basic profile (openid, email, profile) — to identify which Google account you connected and display it on the integrations screen.

What we access: your accessible Google Ads accounts and their campaigns, ad groups, ads, budgets, schedules and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions); the YouTube channel and videos belonging to the account you connect; and your name and email address.

Why: solely to perform the actions you initiate in OutReaq — creating and managing campaigns, uploading video assets, and displaying your performance reports. We do not access Google data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose you have not requested.

How we store it: your Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and isolated to your account. We store only the campaign and reporting data needed to operate the features you use.

Retention: tokens and synced Google Ads data are retained until you disconnect the integration or revoke access in your Google account, after which they are deleted.

Sharing: we never sell your Google user data or share it with third parties. Data is transmitted only between OutReaq and Google to fulfil your requests.

OutReaq's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service.
