Your Right to Delete Data
NexaCRM respects your right to control your personal information. You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how.
What Data We Store
- Account information (name, email, password hash, organization, tenant settings).
- CRM records you created (contacts, deals, tasks, activities, campaigns).
- Integration tokens and metadata for services you connected (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, WhatsApp Business, email).
- Usage logs and audit records.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your NexaCRM data, including any data we received from Facebook/Meta, Google, or other connected services, follow these steps:
- Send an email to pappow@gmail.com from the email address registered with your NexaCRM account.
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
- Include your account email and, if applicable, your tenant/organization name.
- Optionally specify whether you want us to delete all data or only data obtained from a specific integration (e.g., Facebook).
What Happens Next
- We will verify the request comes from the account owner.
- We will permanently delete your personal data and associated CRM records within 30 days of verification.
- We will revoke any third-party tokens (Meta, Google, WhatsApp) tied to your account.
- We will send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
- Backups containing your data will be overwritten in the normal backup-rotation cycle (typically within 90 days).
Data We May Retain
We may retain a minimal subset of records where required by law (e.g., billing records, fraud-prevention logs) or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Such records are kept only as long as legally required and remain protected.
Revoking Facebook/Meta Permissions
You can also revoke NexaCRM's access to your Facebook account directly from Facebook:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find NexaCRM in the list of active apps.
- Click Remove to revoke its access.
Removing the app from Facebook stops further data sharing but does not delete data already stored in NexaCRM. Email us as described above to delete that data.
